Orders are shipped from San Antonio, Texas Monday - Saturday, Except on Federal Holidays. Processing time for custom orders is 1 - 10 days depending on the item and how many you order. For non-custom orders, If you place your order before 10 am central time Monday - Friday, it is possible to send out the item the same day. Orders placed after 10 am Monday - Friday will be mailed out the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be mailed out on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the items.

Shipping will be determined after checkout and will be invoiced separately for LARGE and UNIQUE PIECES. Products that DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping are carefully specified in the under the Product Description in the "Piece Specifications" Tab for given product.

We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping that is in excess of your insurance coverage. We highly suggest that you purchase additional coverage for high-value purchases.

Track Your Order

When your order is packaged, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation via text or email, depending on which option you choose. Your Shipping Confirmation Notification will include a Tracking Number for your order. By clicking on the Tracking Number, you will be taken to the website of the Shipping Carrier handling your delivery, you can see where your package is at any time, and when it is estimated to be delivered by the carrier you choose at Checkout.

Once the your package is shipped out, it is out of our control and we will rely on the same Tracking Number sent to you to tell us where your package is.

 My item has been delivered to the incorrect mailbox or stolen delivery?

We are not responsible for misplaced/stolen items after delivery to your mailbox. We will ensure that the items are delivered to your address based on the information provided by the logistics company by the customer. Please contact USPS about any misplacement of your package. If the package is returned to sender, we will gladly assist you with the process, the customer will bear the new shipping cost to reship the package.
